Suzuki Gixxer has placed a sixer on the biking industry of India against the other naked models like Yamaha FZ-S and more. Faired segment was the only one left isolated by the maker, where it hadn’t tasted the success. Soon, it will be more a topic of complaint, as this Japanese bike maker is gearing up to launch the Gixxer SF in the country. Spotted here are some examples that are rolled off the production line. Suzuki’s trait of success with Gixxer is impeccable. It left behind the disappointment of Inazuma 250 faded completely. To repeat more of it by riding on the demand of faired bikes in India, company seems developing a faired version of Gixxer, spotted by a source in the factory. Speculations for the naming go with GXF, where the cues of 90’s big displacement bikes styling are seen on a large scale here. Suzuki’s bang for the 2015 in its superbike repertoire in India started with the launch of Hayabusa Z Limited Edition priced for Rs 16.20 lakh ex-showroom Delhi. The excitement is flawed only with the “Yoshimura Slip-On R-77J Carbon End Exhaust”. It features muffler’s front cap as MIG-welded, whereas the end cap appears riveted with the stainless steel 304-L polished rivets and bands. He came, he saw, he went. Suzuki Inazuma 250 didn’t proved results for its makers as being not so attractive and quite outdated for the price it was being offered for. Lately, the maker seems to have taken note of it, where certain speculations in the industry started speaking that Suzuki may discontinue it from India permanently by March 2015. The success-hungry Suzuki has finally got the ace which it was waiting since long, and it’s dubbed as Gixxer. The 150cc naked bike from Japanese bike maker stands against the likes of Yamaha FZ-S FI, Honda CB Trigger and more. The sales of October seems to have finally brought piece to the doorstep of Suzuki and noting down particularly it sold 4,588 units of Gixxer during the month. With this figure, it still didn’t manage to get on the top of all, as Pulsar tops the chart of 150cc followed by FZ-S.
