As we keep on saying that India is under the scanner of every bike maker, now we got a proof for the same.
The recently acquired brand of KTM had confirmed a 200cc Husqvarna for India and other European markets in 2015.
KTM CEO Stefan Pierer had sealed the report itself.
As per expectations, it will be based on the Duke 200 platform which may also prove cost effective along with reliability. Husqvarna 390 might also see the production bay, as India is showing positive signs for Duke 390 and Pulsar 375 as well. Sooner or later Honda too is getting geared up for the competition, so overall it will be a delight to see such international players competing with their low cubic powerplants.

Adding some more to rivalries, Triumph and Harley had also divulged their down the line displacements.
We will be much gleamed to see some dirt machine from any of the bike houses, as this segment is still unexplored to an extremely large extent. Adding to the grief, Hero Motocorp had also rolled up its Impulse, so we need a one to fill in the gap at least.

125cc from this new KTM-ish bike maker could also line up for European markets; we hope this same for India too.
